ountryside Management Service

HEL provides a full Countryside
Management Service including practical countryside management and planning.  Past practical work has included mire restoration, wetland creation and the creation of new
native woodlands.  We also provide a full
service, or advise on specific aspects, of Woodland Grant Scheme and Countryside Premium Scheme/Countryside Stewardship Applications.  Recently HEL were commissioned to prepare a CPS application for the largest hill farm in Scotland.

HEL have responded to the growing  demand for geographical analysis and mapping and operate the ArcView GIS software, enabling geographic processing, storage and full colour illustration of survey information. 

We offer a digitisation service of past paper-based surveys, ensuring full  compatibility with ArcInfo.
