HEL can advise on planning applications and their potential impact on the natural environment at an early stage.

We offer an Ecological Scoping  service aimed at  informing project managers and clients whether or not there are issues of ecological importance (such as species with enhanced statutory protection), and where significant impacts are predicted if additional survey information is required.

To ensure project compliance with statutory legislation and planning      consents, HEL also provides a full Ecological Clerk of Works service. Our staff have experience with working as part of multi-disciplinary project teams.
